Pros

Fun staff to work with. Challenging, think on your own feet, some guests are super nice. Sometimes you work alone.

Cons

Completely toxic environment. Management doesn't know how to do their job and makes their own problems and work harder for everyone. Passive-aggressive & unprofessional treatment is the daily norm. The pay is very low and not competitive for the job type and will not be raised. It is not worth the lack of pay and damage to your mental and physical health to work here.

Pros

I learned how to properly manage my time due to the never-ending work that I was doing there. I learned also how to appreciate myself and my precious time, so I decided to quit there.

Cons

I resigned from my position in this company because I was being abused. I was overworked, underpaid, and under-appreciated. I was working a job equivalent to three persons, I was working many hours every day every week, and there was no overtime pay. My superiors and colleagues were a bunch of a-holes who were acting like they were the bosses' heir when it comes to handling our duties and instructions.

Pros

Beautiful location and well upkept lobby and property. Nice uniforms and there were some very nice hourly staff who were fun to work with. The property is always busy due to it's prime location.

Cons

Low salary / pay in terms of industry and comp set properties, bigtime favoritisim between young women and ownership / male management, no longterm aspects for advancement, hourly staff and young managers cycle through quickly, all guest and staff phone calls are recorded and reviewed by ownership especially if they wish to build a 'case' against an employee, staff are made to sign legal documents infront of video camera with ownership's lawyers present to protect the property against indeming liabilities, protests by workers unions and former employees occur in front of the hotel, *Shady business practices, there were racial discrimination suits made by employees, secuirty officers carry loaded firearms and were very uncomfortable to be around.
