Pros
The group is small but covers many different areas within Film making/film production (2D/3D, VFX, short films, educational, promos, trailers, post production, game capture etc.). You'll get in contact with many talented and creative people and experts on their areas, which is something I experienced as very rewarding. The culture among the employees was great. The board of directors consisted of highly skilled senior professionals.
Cons
As a small company and also focused on film production / media it offers few possibilities for career development for a business employee. The Media Industry in Sweden is also rather sensitive to changes in the economy causing work tasks and responsibilities to vary a lot.
