I have been working at Shree Vasu Logistics for over a year. The work environment is positive and supportive, and team collaboration is excellent. During my time here, I have been able to develop my professional skills and gain valuable experience. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of employee compensation. While I am satisfied with the learning opportunities and workplace culture, I do not feel that my current salary adequately reflects my contributions and experience.
Cons
Providing regular training programs, clear promotion pathways, and performance-based salary increments would help improve employee satisfaction and motivation.
