i will not directly write about cons, i will share my one of the worst experience
First i matched up with this organization through online job portal,
then there was telephonic interview regarding basic knowlege
then interview with senior team member, in that there was questions regarding technology, and at the end of that interview task was given, that i need to record and share it with senior team member
then i haven't heard from them in week
then i got call that i am selected for CEO round
that also went well
now HR round is pending
so i was following up with i think junior HR regarding my final interview it got delayed week
at that time i felt something is not right but eventually i got call that my final round is scheduled so i thought they might be busy with their ongoing projects
HR round is also went well, we discussed salary and finalized joining date
HR said they will share selection letter in sometime so i can apply resignation in my current organization
so i waited more then week, and tried to follow up with junior regarding letter
during the week i got response that HR is very busy in their work, that is why selection letter might take time
( i mean how much time it will take to send selection letter )
Junior HR told me after week that i should start searching for another job, because selection letter might get delayed
if they really wanted to hire a position they might give actual reason why things getting delayed
i felt betrayed, i no longer believe in CEO's thought as well as HR's thought we had during interview
Gladly i read the review in glassdoor someone mentioned similar issue i faced
so i was prepared with another company
and i am glad this happened, because i now have much more exiting offer with genuine company where i can pursue my currier
