      There is no pros at all

      Cons

      No work culture, Intime proper 9am no outtime No salary on time Unnecessary salary deduction from in-hand salary Bad environment, alongwith work need to do housekeeping.

      More then 20+ days of Waste of time & given efforts during interview

      CEO is very supporting during interview in the matter of allocating task according to your skills, given other opportunities that one i feel is pros

      Cons

      i will not directly write about cons, i will share my one of the worst experience First i matched up with this organization through online job portal, then there was telephonic interview regarding basic knowlege then interview with senior team member, in that there was questions regarding technology, and at the end of that interview task was given, that i need to record and share it with senior team member then i haven't heard from them in week then i got call that i am selected for CEO round that also went well now HR round is pending so i was following up with i think junior HR regarding my final interview it got delayed week at that time i felt something is not right but eventually i got call that my final round is scheduled so i thought they might be busy with their ongoing projects HR round is also went well, we discussed salary and finalized joining date HR said they will share selection letter in sometime so i can apply resignation in my current organization so i waited more then week, and tried to follow up with junior regarding letter during the week i got response that HR is very busy in their work, that is why selection letter might take time ( i mean how much time it will take to send selection letter ) Junior HR told me after week that i should start searching for another job, because selection letter might get delayed if they really wanted to hire a position they might give actual reason why things getting delayed i felt betrayed, i no longer believe in CEO's thought as well as HR's thought we had during interview Gladly i read the review in glassdoor someone mentioned similar issue i faced so i was prepared with another company and i am glad this happened, because i now have much more exiting offer with genuine company where i can pursue my currier

Consider this situation - We would have just given you the selection letter, asked you to resign from your current organization, then client would have came back and told us they have changed the skill set required for the project, you would have no choice since you had already resigned, you would have joined us, we would have asked you to work on a different technology, that would have taken your career in a very different direction. WE DID NOT DO THAT! We care for our people, and that begins right from the time they reach out to us for the very first time for a career opportunity. And we very much cared for you and your career throughout the process. This is very well demonstrated from your experience itself. When our confirmation timing and your need for changing your current position was not working out, we outright told you that you should also look out for another opportunity so that our delay should not impact your goals and your career progression. We definitely understand how strongly you wanted to work with us for the kind of opportunities we provide, the kind of innovative environment we provide and you might have felt hurt because things didn't work out. In fact, now that you mentioned that you have managed to get a suitable opportunity, we are very glad to know that. Congratulations and all the very best. We know how strongly you wanted to grow as a front end and a full stack developer. In the future if our paths do cross, we would love to have you as part of our ever growing team.

      One of the best places to give a boost to your career

      Pros

      I will just speak from my heart - I feel so lucky to be part of this organization because of the following reasons: 1. It has a very open environment (Something that is really required for your own and the organization's rapid growth). It is a flat structure making the communication very easy. 2. Everyone is so full of energy and excited. 3. The organization goes to great length to ensure it brings out the best in us. 4. The overall working is very organized, so we all are clear what we have to accomplish each day as well as there is clarity in what direction our career is headed. 5. We are growing as a rapid pace ever since the pandemic and we all as a team feel so happy about it. There are so many careers that are in the making when everywhere else people were struggling to hold on to their jobs. 6. We get a lot of long weekends - this is something I love the most. 7. The organization is now providing a hybrid and flexible working model - you can choose to work from home permanently or work from the office.

      Cons

      Just like any other organization, there are a few areas of improvement and the best part is that we communicate the same very openly within the organization and it is us all as a team that work towards improving on these fronts. The only thing that I can think of is that we haven't had a team gathering and I understand this is due to the pandemic.
