nepotism running rampant throughout the org making for a homogeneous and average talent culture.
They have a horrible culture of taking advantage of younger employees. They make them do 100x work with no title/pay. If someone is performing really well, they do not reward them on time. I chose to leave because of such horrible management and no employee value.
