The upper management doesn’t care about its staff it’s all profit

Extremely toxic and incapable upper management. Large amounts of workplace bullying from management. They hire based on who you know not what you know, a very exclusive workplace - starting to rub off on their customers due to adding a pay wall to even enter the site as they didn't like the usual customers as they weren't snobby enough. Company is severely hemorrhaging money due incapable and immature management styles, only thing that keeps the trust afloat is the government loans and grants which is public knowledge.
