Pros
Work hours were 9 to 5 instead of 8 to 5 and still got an hour lunch. Lots of snacks and coffee provided.
Cons
Literally everything else. Worst job and work environment I've ever experienced. CEO would scream at and publicly humiliate people regularly and nobody was immune to that. 3 months into my employment I was given a choice (as were the others who hired on when I did): 2 months severance or take a FIFTEEN THOUSAND dollar annual pay cut. Apparently that's protocol for sales, yet it's not disclosed upfront so you're just blindsided one day. I chose to stay as I couldn't afford to be unemployed. Fortunately I got another job after a few months and got out of that nightmare.
