I wish I had a positive. Maybe a few of the current employees.

So many to list - starting with a company run by an owner that has no idea how to run a sales business. There is no CRM tool to use - it is run off of a google doc. No training - no ramp up time. Expectation is to come in and somehow learn everything in one day through osmosis? I could list a hundred things that are wrong here - but ill just offer this to anyone even remotely considering a position here. Turn around. Walk way. Better yet....run. The stress and time wasted are not worth it.

Great people when the CEO is not around making everyone a nervous wreck

There is no real direction in the company and everyone is leaving one by one, if you're being interviewed by this company please take my advice and save yourself time. I thought I could help change the culture of the business with my positive attitude, but working for someone that is NEVER satisfied will cause you more emotional damage than anything. I was hired as the Office Manager, and fired via TEXT because I told him I had car troubles. The person I replaced was given a month notice that he was being terminated and he didn't even know I was coming on board until the day I showed up. This company is will be gone soon because people are tired of the drama!
