      A start-up that never grew-up

      Pros

      There are some great people working there.

      Cons

      Owner want's it to be a start-up with all reports directly to him, the micro-manager. They pay well below any going rate, and expect to attract great talent. Scope creep is the norm, and when product is not delivered on-time, it's the developers fault. There is no HR department or employee handbook or on-boarding. Jump in and sink or swim.

      Great Place To Work If You Hate Yourself

      Pros

      Had a great mentor who gave me a learning environment and challenged me the ways I needed for a career boost. Also, all of my co-workers were great.

      Cons

      Owner doesn't care about design. Just look at the website, the products, and—for the love of God—the names of everything (EZ360? Really? Is it 1964?). He wanted to steal the Zoro logo for his "Pic Zero" application. He even walked over to my desk once and to show me how to "take images from Google" to use for professional work.

      Great team atmosphere, okay set-up, and fun team.

      Cons

      Located in outdated building, outdated computers, and a CEO who is overly aggressive and highly dis-respectful to all the employees. If you love yelling matches and verbal abuse, this is your home.
