There are some great people working there.
Cons
Owner want's it to be a start-up with all reports directly to him, the micro-manager. They pay well below any going rate, and expect to attract great talent. Scope creep is the norm, and when product is not delivered on-time, it's the developers fault. There is no HR department or employee handbook or on-boarding. Jump in and sink or swim.
