Business outlook
Pros
Excellent team, who generally work well together and help each other out. Covid forced remote working as an option for staff but this was maintained post-covid as an option and helped facilitate healthy work-life balance.
Cons
Unfortunately the business closed its doors in 2024 after over a hundred years in business. Healthy mix of nationalities worked here but very male dominated, mostly as a result of the industry (construction)
