Pros
I've learned more at Sideqik than any place I've ever worked at. The CTO does a great job of helping people develop skills at architecting applications, honing their coding style, and learning how to lead projects. Rigorous code reviews make sure you're always improving, and make a much more pleasant codebase to work with.
Cons
Since it's a fast-paced startup, it's pretty much crunch time all the time. It would be nice if the pace was a bit more reasonable at times.
