there is no career growth too many tools! sometimes there are harsh times

Bad management Worse policies No career growth

Work life balance not great

Do not join this company if you are a performer. No recognition for hard work. No salary hikes for showing results ( you will be given same increment as a mediocre). No career growth. The title increases when salary reached to that bracket not because you have shown results. You are seen as a labor.
