the hours available for work are not consistent at all, you can go from working 5 hours a week to 39 as a part timer and having crazy hours of operation as a full timer. Upper management treats the department as they are not part of "the real" company and would hire a 2 dozens of people if they need them but would also fire them all as soon as the work load goes down. They are a nice company for their core team but will play with any other hires like puppets
