Pros

Did a great job developing engineers, lots of good people, free lunch/snacks, beautiful office with great location, unlimited PTO, can work remote

Cons

Had a large round of layoff and before that a lot of people leaving without being replaced, pay is below average, did not do a do a good job recognizing/rewarding contributions (e.g. no bonuses)

Pros

* If Moses could part the sea, I suppose they could get there act together. * Look at the dates of the other reviews. See something similar? Shhh, they haven't got caught yet? 🤔

Cons

* Fact: Pest control has been to hq to get rid of the mice. Don't know if it's still a problem but it was when I was there. * Fact: The bathrooms are filthy at hq. Don't believe me, do an anonymous survey of the employees for confirmation. * Fact: High turnover at hq, count the number of people who have been there for at least a year. * Fact, there is a person there who cannot be named(b/c they'll complain that this post is aggressive or has discriminatory language) holds multiple positions in different departments and likes to interrupt meetings, sticks their hands into every department responsibilities and gets away with it. You know who you are 😭

Pros

I liked a lot of the people there and they had a good vision but could not execute. I'm only writing because the more recent SUPER POSITIVE reviews are BS. They're not bad people but they have no executive experience before holding executive positions at SigFig and that includes the CEO. The model was strong and I joined for that reason but it takes seasoned executives to execute on an idea and they are unfortunately quite limited there.

Cons

If you are looking to get your job title enhanced then go ahead because management doesn't quite know what they're doing and will promote anyone who sticks around.
