      Area manager and overtime are the biggest sticks

      Easy work, barely any major issues.

      Cons

      Area manager is hands off and the demand for overtime is constant that you are constantly asked for different places that i would be either stranded at or wouldnt be able to get to in the first place.

      Met some good people and gained supervisory experience

      Cons

      Expected to act as a sub division of the facilities team setting up meeting rooms and a host of other non security based tasks for sake of saving Merton council a few quid, barely a pound above minimum wage for a supervisor role typical of the industry as a whole overworked, under supported and most definitely under paid.
