Management that do not care about you at all, pay is beyond shocking, you get frowned upon if you can't work, very short staffed, can work long hours (sometimes 24 hours on some sites), very lonely job, company employs unlicensed SIA staff, company is highly illegal and run by old backwards thinking people with no background in security
