Pros
More of a casual dress code, not that strict if little late clocking in. Not a bad job if the boss isn't in.
Cons
Very cheaply ran and maintained. Lights don't work, proba ly mold in the walls. Everything is nearly broken down and you have to beg for supplies you need. I went ahead and bought my own so I could use quality goods. Pay is poor and no benefits at all. No room for advancement or growth. They only expect more responsibilities out of you without paying you more or rewarding you for your work. It's rare you get to be creative. Job is 99% typical put text in a box and hit print.
