Pros
No pros unless you count the food they serve at lunch that's from there restaurants. They have the uniforms washed for you.
Cons
I worked there and got hurt pretty bad. They would not call an ambulance for me and was very rude when they told me well we can take you but you will be ok to drive yourself to the ER. Then I was let go after I was released from light duty. The employees are all dating each other or just sleeping with each other. If your not personal friends outside of work they look down on you.

Cons
Totally unprofessional, male co-workers and supervisors commit many acts of sexual harassment everyday! Supervisors play favoritism and work efforts are NEVER recognized. They work you like a slave and do not appreciate their employees at all!!!! Terrible benefits and pay and zero chance for advancement would rather hire externally than promote from within.
