I was asked to show up my first day of work at 8am, which I did. I was instructed to read through some packets while we waited for the CEO to arrive. He arrived about an hour later and printed official agreement documents for being an employee. I signed and was told that I would be clocked in at that time, which was already past 9am. I never got paid for that first hour there because I was told that I was not able official employee until I signed the documents.
If you do not hit the numbers that they want you to hit, you most likely will be fired. I was pulled aside at the end of the week and was informed that the numbers weren't what they wanted and that I had 5 minutes left until I was officially terminated.
They say that this company is all about integrity, but there are lies that are presented to employees and notaries.
