      - Is a good company in terms of benefits.

      Cons

      - sometimes are very high load. - They will promote you to better positions based on their ridiculous KPIs, and how long you have been there, not on your knowledge and delivery of value. And guess what? They will assign you more duties and they will not give you better pay. - technical leads do not care about quality of the product, so it's translated to more bugs and issues to resolve. - you cannot bring your opinion about anything, at the end technical leaders have the final word. - extra functions, just because TL do not wanted to learn how to deploy, the don't even know nothing about system design so, they delegate critical functions to Junior devs. Very bad Idea.

      Pros

      It's a company that encourages you to develop yourself, personally and professionally. Siigo supports your study providing you with the tools needed to do it. Moreover, its job climate is great. You can count on your colleagues to receive help in any task you are doing, Siigo is well known for its collaborative environment and its fast-growing business.

      Cons

      It's a development-in-progress company. Many processes still are needed to improve. It's growing fast, so you can see a bit of disorder in some procedures. The good thing is they are working on it.
