      Pros

      To be honest, I can't think of any good reason to join besides having colleagues who go through hell with you. Word of advice if you still decide to join, AVOID THE CHARITY ACCOUNT LIKE THE PLAGUE.

      - Toxic workplace with manipulative bosses - Slow and outdated processes - Old computers (from a decade ago) - Stingy with salary and employee benefits

      Pros

      - You have generally nice and helpful colleagues. - If the management likes you, you'll have a better time here.

      Cons

      - The management thinks that they are always right. They would ask you feedbacks occassionally, but at the end of the day, they would think they know best. - No pay increment. - The Upper Management can get very manipulative. - They dont seem to appreciate the concept of being on time.

      1. Below market rate salary 2. No employee benefit, not even medical 3. Old and outdated equipment and computers 4. Redundant internal processes 5. Incompetent and unethical management
