There is an annual, overly extravagant company trip. Which no employer in the world can compete with!
Cons
Simply put, this is the WORST company any manager will ever step foot in. Managers are treated like commodities that can be disposed of at a moments notice. There is a toxic atmosphere created by the owner and directors, who single people out for public berating, as they look for someone to blame. Working here will be your biggest career regret, avoid at all costs.
