Pros

The vending machines in the break room and pizza Fridays were alright. That is about it.

Cons

Commission system gives false hope, even if you are able to get people to talk to you 9 times out of 10 they will be living in the middle of nowhere with no schools to connect them with. Oh and if you do something that is worthy of getting yo fired apparently, do not expect them to warn you until you do it a second time and they can ask you to resign for sure. Save yourself the headache and find a job where you can actually help people in a meaningful way.

micromanaging trainers are all egotistical college students you’re only on the clock for when you are working, not while you are there pay is subpar “uncapped commission” is literally a matter of cents

Flexible schedule, easy to call out, nice coworkers most of them are college students

I can't even begin to tell you how awful and shady this company is and they get away with it. Paranoid manager. Lame pay, don't believe their 💲12-24/h online advertisement, the actual start pay is only 💲9，you need to work your butt off to get commission if not they will find any excuse to make you uncomfortable. Guys If you're looking for a job that cheats you out of paid time off, expects way too much and gives very little in return, then look no further.
