low-wage job w/ crazy workload - avg. working hours more that 11 hours per day (weekdays). no OT payment. standby to work at home on weekends and work before working hours is a must. management wish that employees will not question regarding the decisions they made. the management also do not believe the reason of applying personal days or sick leave (even you have medical slip in hand). applying 1 or 2 days off will make you think twice. others: blaming game were strong, double standard & no employee recognition, company direction and rules change from time to time.
