      Big Salary, Boss are easy to please if you know how to tackle the situation and follow every task they ask for, than you good to go, but...

      Cons

      The working environment is strict, every movement is always being monitor, but once your step on land mine..your are done, higher management don't listen to pity and common sense even a professional opinion.
