- International and young environment

Cons

- Managers do not help you grow. - Most of the managers are inexperienced - Working remotely is not seen well, depending a lot on your department. - Some managers will micromanage and will not give you an opportunity to present your ideas, even if you are a senior - The employee turnover rate is high, and normally employees don't stay for more than 2 to 3 years (being a bit optimistic). Reasons are possibly related to the points I already raised above. - On average, the company has a low share of female professionals. Probably not the best environment if you are looking for the possibility of connecting to other women during your working time.

For remote positions it would be good to have company benefits (e.g.: heath insurance, private retirement plan, gym membership, etc).
