      Terrible company to work for

      Pros

      Great team and sense of fulfillment when you manage to support service users

      Cons

      Lack of support from upper management. Working extra hours constantly. Badly understaff. Poor salary. They make you deal with some of the most complex cases without any support, you have constantly dealt with great trauma but there is no space to process what has happened.

      Got some amazing coworkers and had great connections with some Service users.

      Cons

      Very low salary. Extremely disorganized company. We didn't get any support. Lack of practical training. The service were I worked was insanely stressful. The org kept giving us more and more responsibilities. Being abused on daily basis Senior managers didn't listen and didn't care about us. They were fake an no helpful at all
