The idea of helping underprivileged high school students realize their dreams of going to college.
Cons
Take note of the name of the organization: Simon FAMILY Foundation. They are primarily concerned with their own family members. For example one family member worked part time, but received full time pay, while another non-family member worked part time, but earned only part time pay. Management rules with intimidation and an iron fist. Worst company I've ever worked.
