The manager is a good person when it's not about the company or work or legal rights

1. Very high working hours. 2. Stick with the objectives regardless the wasted times in revision with the CEO who involved in technical in a bad manner. 3. No medical insurance. 4. No social insurance. 5. No annual contract. 6. The office get cleaned once a week. 7. There is lack of buffet needs like coffee, sugar, tea, etc 8. Rework can be done many times not because of clients change their minds but because of the ceo who says something today and change it tomorrow and this happens alot
