extremely nice team, they always answered my messages and questions promptly and were great to work with,
Cons
You'll get a payment penalty if you don't make the monthly minute goal. In my case, I was a Propio agent through them, and Propio's been having a VERY LOW CALL FLOW. I worked even more hours than my shift and even then I couldn't reach the goal, they applied the penalty either way.
