      1. Incredible learning curve – I believe what MNCs teach in 5 years, Simplotel teaches in 1-2. 2. Strong focus on processes and personal growth. 3. Tarun (CEO) is an inspiring mentor with a great experience. 4. Great place for hustlers, ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments.

      Cons

      1. Some processes can be tedious which might take a lot of your time. Automation would help. 2. Workload can get intense, but rewarding for those who enjoy the grind.

      lot of travelling will be there . hotels provided by the organistion to stay in differnet city are not that good

      They want you to travell alot all of south india if you are a travell freel person , 25 days in a month to different location on boarding hotels

      Cons

      when you travell they will provde you the cheapest hotel in the city, they dont care about you hygiene.
