Pros
I really loved the clientele here, easygoing and not very fussy. Helpful team, commission scheme and competitions. Rota was well organised and there was flexibility with annual leave.
Cons
It can get very busy here, appointment are back to back. Pay is quite low and not so much of a salary increase. You are also stuck with them for two years if they pay for your training, otherwise you have to pay for it if you leave earlier.
