The owner was very abusive towards all his workers and and removes money from their pays for uniforms which is illegal.
You can't communicate with him without been degraded.
Most workers do around 60/90 hours a week without getting paid overtime, in the time I was there the turn over of workers was amazing, I have never seen a company lose workers so rapidly and it was all due to the owners abusive attitude.
There was no WHS and no safety officer to report these concerns too, no HR officer to report the verbal abuse too.
One of the worst work experiences i have ever had to go through....
Since I resigned 7 other ppl have left.
Would not recommend anyone working here....
