      Pros

      Staff events, Friday morning tea, Friday work drinks, lots to learn, interesting work, always busy.

      Cons

      Exclusion towards support staff, not enough equality in the workplace. Each staff member should be treated with respect and given adequate support. Suggestions on how to make work processes better were often disregarded. Not all teams are like this but one in particular was - favouritism and exclusion happening.
