Pros
Had some wonderful co-workers. They were the only thing that made working there tolerable.
Cons
Pay was abysmal. Because I had transferred to a different department while working there, my pay scale got locked into place. Was paid 40% less than a new hire with the same job title and skill set. Brought it up during every 1-on-1 with my manager, who clearly didn't care, for years and was simply told to focus on work and the raise would come. Was lucky if I got a 2% raise each year which doesn't even keep up with inflation.
