      Great working colleagues but not the managements(Family members)

      Cons

      Bad ideas get implemented because no one pushes back. The 'real' conversations happen offline rather than face to face. Senior management are seen as weak and not trusted. This place is a sinking ship. No work life balance. The 'boss' is always right. Company is ungenerous and ungiving No staff benefits Favoritism Not appreciative and ruthless Ungrateful

      - No work life balance. - Irrelevant tasks You’re expected to work on tasks that are not even your responsibility in the first place. Taking care of too many things other than what you were initially hired for. - Favouritism Always chooses their favourite. Your ideas/feedbacks are always trashed. - Poor work environment. - Lack of incentives.
