Thank you for taking the time leaving your feedback, these are difficult and uncertain times for all of us. While we are disappointed by your overall evaluation of your time at Singular, as we take this to heart and will do our best to make things better around here. We are glad that you felt the cohesiveness of our team and felt the strong bond that connects us all at Singular. We value and honor our team and therefore we thoughtfully invest in transparent and direct communication, as reflected in our weekly all-hands, open calendars, and recurrent AMA meetings. We are sorry that you felt in the dark even though the opportunity to participate in these core parts of our culture are open for all. Working with truly brilliant people gives us the responsibility to develop personal career plans according to each ones particular skills and aspirations. This is why most of our leadership positions are filled by team members that grew in the company, especially in our CS, R&D, and Marketing departments.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. I have to admit your review is very alarming to us, since diversity and inclusion are at the core of our values. Our goal at Singular is to build a great product, loved by our customers, and a successful, united and welcoming team. We strive to provide an employee experience that empowers each one of us, and we are proud to share that in our last employee engagement survey, the team expressed high levels of comfort being their complete selves at work (94% rate). That being said, we see the clear disconnect of the above with your review, and we understand you had a bad experience. We appreciate your insights and are taking it seriously, we will use it to learn from it and keep improving.
