Pros
It is very hard to say some pros. Sinorama is a Chinese company in Canada, all the staffs are Chinese. So there is no communication problem with your coworkers. Company locations are good.
Cons
Salary is minimum. Between 10.75 and 12 per hour. If you work extra hours, they don't pay more. Most employees are fresh graduates and stay less than 3 months. Working environment is extremely bad. you need to work in a newly redecorated office, which is full of polluted air, strange smell because there is no windows!!! Co-workers and managers think just about themselves and don't want to teach you valuable things. Management no efficient but they don't want to do any change.
