      Pros

      Run, people, run as fast as you can! If you enjoy the roller-coaster feeling of your heartbeat racing and the humiliation of being treated as if you had a narcissistic disorder, then this company is for you. CL will give you the full blast.

      Cons

      Management constantly micromanages employees, treating them like puppets. If they are unhappy (which seems to be most of the time), they resort to slamming tables and creating a hostile environment. Family members are placed in management roles, leading to favoritism and a lack of professionalism. The overall culture is toxic, and employees are left feeling humiliated and undervalued.
