It would have been perfect except for the owners. I could handle a control freak and a disorganized creative "genius" but the emotional instability and abuse coming from them was just too much.

this company is very strange to me. the policies they put in place aren't even followed by the people who put them in place. the people who manage you have no real sense of what they are doing. they claim to have more of a flat hierarchy but this is really not true -- the people in charge will let you know they are in charge every step of the way. lots of chest thumping. they claim they want you to come up with ideas and ways to make them better but they really don't. most suggestions made were mostly ignored. there is really no feedback loop on what should be done better. if you need help or have a question you are on your own.
