      Pros

      - great management, you get a lot of feedback and guidance for how to grow within your role. They really care about you and take your goals into consideration. - the team is amazing, everyone is so kind and they take the time to get to know you well. It is a positive place to work and it has alot of good people. - exciting and interesting work and always something new happening.

      Pros

      Siva has a friendly and supportive team that you can always rely on. Even team members with higher titles, more experience, and responsibilities always make time and help out the other team members. The management has a great relationship with the employees and makes sure everyone is happy. They also have weekly training where either they or one of the team members trains everyone on different subjects related to the industry.

      Pros

      The best thing about working at Siva are the people. The communication among peers is what will help you understand what is going on for all the projects and if you need help, the senior developers are more than happy to work with you on solving the problems at hand. Lots of growth opportunities if you show you are capable of making good decisions with good reasoning's. Great culture during and outside work hours.

      Cons

      Not many cons can be said other than the office is in Barrie which might be far for some people.
