Pros
There are many things I like, such as the team I am part of and how we all pulled together to get things done successfully. I enjoyed the supportive working environment and the fact my senior manager is always prepared to provide training to staff to ensure we all had the right skills and qualities needed to do our jobs properly.
Cons
I felt we could have achieved more as a company. But the company owners seemed satisfied with where the company was at.
