Pros

-Soda fountain -Pizza Fridays -Some paid vacations -Met a few friends -Job security (if you can make it that long) -Updated building -Meal card (although limited)

Cons

-Horrible vacation benefits -Unfriendly staff by and large -Overworked GM's -Under appreciated hourly corporate team members -Full of "Yes-men" no backbones -Corporate members cowier to superiors -CEO talks one thing and does another -CEO has to have his hands in EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF THE COMPANY--makes for constant changes and upset customers. -Not to mention uses passive aggressive communication to threaten employees -Says 3 G's are part of the culture, yet to be consistently seen -More focus on making the top rich while the working class suffers with long hours and impossible expectations "Guaranteed Advancement" not true unless you remove your backbone, lay down, and become a shell of a person. You must always say "yes", no if's and's or buts'.

Pros

I worked for Sizzling Platter for a year through one of their franchise owned Dunkin Donuts. Worst experience I have ever had at ANY job. Fake promotions, Allowed theft, constant lies about getting a raise ((I stayed at minimum wage for a year and I was told I was their star employee.)) I brought in customers & was told I was their star worker and had a future in the company. This future never existed. I was overworked & underpaid, forced to do others jobs and be abused verbally and emotionally by multiple shift leaders who thought they ran the store. The GMs were never professional, no one in this company is. Stay as far away as possible from this company and beware any jobs at any Dunkin Donuts, Little Ceasers, Red Robins & Sizzlers, that is my advice. I hope no one ever has to go through what I did.

Cons

Improper management, being overworked, being underpaid, long hours with no break.
