Hot in summer, very cold in winter and the office is not ventilated. The company will do anything to minimize the expenses, for example by firing those with the highest salaries. Another way to make some profit is to make us pay lunch leftovers, even if you are already paying for the lunch program and that food is meant to be thrown away. Extra hours of work in the weekend during high season are not paid in salary but in "flex hours", as the company has "no budget". The idea in this company is to make a higher profit without investing in staff, so you can find yourself working efficiently and a lot without real gains on your side. Real benefits do not exist. If the company is doing well, expect cake as reward. The managers do not take our negative feedback to improve. Toxic behaviors from certain colleagues are ignored, which leads to an uncomfortable and stressful working environment.

Compensation is below market expectations. Management practices often lacked clarity and consistency, and employee engagement and well-being did not seem to be a priority. Additionally, the current leadership does not appear to uphold the original values and vision, which has impacted the overall culture (the culture was in fact amazing in the beginning, and slowly died).
