Pros
This review is for Business development Executive (BDE). you can enjoy the time first 2 -3 months, then its all about targets.
Cons
Low salary, Earlier they known as Skin electric, few years ago they changed its name to Skava. They have very bad relation with dealers and stockist across Bangalore. Few years back they deceived their dealers and failed to meet promise. They made promise to give gifts like (bikes and some package tours) but they didn't give to those who met the sales targets. So nobody likes this company, If u approach them as a BDE they will treat u like a DOG. Company is not growing.
