      - Toxic work environment, - Lack of communication, - Always looking for someone to blame - Expected to work later than the agreed hours most of the time (unpaid) - Lack of trust - Some tools are damaged/don't exist: keyboards, screens, USB chords, etc...) - Controlled work space: leaving phones on the phone desk; using software that tracks time, software and web pages usage, - Difficult interactions with the manager.

      They thrust you and your instincts, they will listen to you and give you the chance to grow

      Too small and a bit familiar administration, too many different projects, but most of them are too small.

      -Office physical space is invinting, but don't let you be fooled by this. - Location in city center of Braga

      Cons

      - Bad work atmosphere. - Difficult relationships between employer and employee. -Employer is unwelcoming, untrustworthy and unprofessional. - Extremely obscur when talking about the payment procress. Always avoiding to talk about employee paycheck and conditions. No openness. - Inflexibility. - Payment delay or not payment at all. - Meetings after the work schedule. Always trying to make you stay longer and making you feel bad if you don't.
