      Pros

      Good camaraderie among team. Hard working, respectful colleagues - easy to work with and discuss different ideas and solutions. Flexible work schedule a plus.

      Cons

      Things can get slow. And clients are sometimes difficult to deal with, resulting in delays.

      Non-traditional company structure allows for a lot of flexibility in dealing with workloads and schedules. Small but very talented team, everyone treated with respect; lots of diversity in project types. Innovative thinking is encouraged and rewarded.

      Cons

      Not enough efforts on marketing and growth. Project schedule and workloads are inconsistent.
