      A very easy, quite interesting job that was ruined by management

      flexible schedule, lots of free time

      Cons

      the work has no structure, no respect for workers, strange rules (for example, they introduced fines for completing work late, but since the fine was more than the amount for the completed work, no one took it on, so that they could at least break even and not go into the red, as a result, unfinished tasks hung for months), incompetent, disinterested higher authorities
