      Fun staff and office environment

      Cons

      Unorganized; poor leadership with lack of direction; hypocritical mission (wants to provide workforce opportunities to people from all backgrounds, yet the nonprofit underpays its staff and does not fulfill some of the benefits it promises, which leads to high turnover and overall inefficiency)

      Nice coworkers, little strategy in place

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. A lot of young people who are a lot of fun. The location in downtown Austin is also really nice-- lots of restaurants and places nearby.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. Certain people are clearly the office favorite and are quickly promoted. The process is not very transparent. Also, frequent financial troubles were a distraction and worry.
