The best thing about Skills Simplified is that, by nature of the work, we are constantly learning. Perks include exposure to multiple cultures and work methods, working from home and/or flexible hours, and a fun management team.
Cons
The biggest challenge is coordinating time zones and having meetings at odd hours to accommodate these time zones.
